This user agreement and other rules found on the Website regulate the terms and conditions of the services provided by Scrubs.qa & Scrubsqatar.com and the rules for using the Website. By accepting this Agreement when creating a Service Request or a Professional Profile through the Website, or by starting to benefit from the Website, the User is deemed to have committed to complying with this Agreement. Scrubs Qatar reserves the right to unilaterally change or amend this Agreement for the continuity of its intermediary services, for technical necessities that may arise in the future, or for compliance with regulations, provided that it does not work against the interests of the Users.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY SCRUBS QATAR
Scrubs Qatar provides hourly cleaning services or stay-in maid services. Reservations for the company’s services can be made through the website or mobile applications.
Hourly cleaning services include tasks such as cleaning the house within the specified hours, tidying up the surroundings, ironing, dusting, and wiping down tables and furniture. These are all part of the hourly cleaning service.
The stay-in service is different in that the staff stays at the customer's house.
Scrubs Qatar is responsible for ensuring that staff arrive at the customer's address on the selected date and time.
The staff's insurance, visas, and all legal obligations are provided by SCRUBS QATAR.
CUSTOMER RESERVATIONS
The customer who wants to receive a service creates an account, enters their address information correctly into the system, and then selects the service details. For the Hourly Cleaning service, the cleaning hours are selected, the need for cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner is determined, and preferences for one-time or recurring services with package options are completed.
The service date and time are selected through a smart calendar, which displays available slots based on the availability of all our staff. Despite these detailed calculations, there is a rare possibility of disruptions in reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the customer is immediately informed, and a new available date is provided.
The reservation payment can be made online using various payment methods such as credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Secure online payment is provided to customers through the MyFatoorah infrastructure.
RESCHEDULE / CANCEL RESERVATIONS
Customers can edit their reservation dates and times themselves through the app or website up to 24 hours before the service date.
For reservation cancellations, customers need to contact customer service.
REFUND CONDITIONS
If the service cannot be provided to the customer, a refund will be issued. However, no refund will be given for customers who are not at home on the scheduled service date and time, but a new date and time can be arranged for the service.
Customers found to have mistreated our staff will not be refunded, and no further services will be provided to them.
Tasks such as cleaning hazardous areas, garden cleaning or maintenance, and moving heavy furniture are not included in our services. If customers who receive negative responses to such requests demand a refund, no refund will be provided.
