PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT
When you visit the website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. In addition, we collect information about the individual websites or products you are viewing and how you interact with the website. Exact Location. We use this information to provide features of Our Service and to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a Service Provider’s server or it may be simply stored on Your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
Data to verify your identity. To help create and maintain a trusted environment, we may collect identity verification information (such as photographs of a government identification card, passport, national identity card, or driver's license, where permitted by applicable law) or other authentication information.
Payment information. To use certain features of the SCRUBS.QA platform (for example, bookings), we may ask you to provide certain payment information (such as your bank account or credit card details) to enable us to process payments.
Communication with SCRUBS.QA and other members. When you communicate with SCRUBS.QA or use the SCRUBS.QA platform to communicate with other members, we collect information about your communications and any data you provide for them.

We do not share your payment and withdrawal details with other members.

For example, if we suspend a SCRUBS.QA user account for security reasons or because of fraud, we may retain certain information from that SCRUBS.QA user account, to prevent that member from opening a new SCRUBS.QA user account in the future.
We may store and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. For example, SCRUBS.QA and some of your information may be retained for tax reasons or legal reporting and accounting obligations.
Information you have shared with others may continue to be publicly visible on the SCRUBS.QA platform even after your SCRUBS.QA user account is terminated. However, the assignment of such information to you will be removed. In addition, some copies of your information may remain in our database but are separate from personal identifiers.
As we maintain the SCRUBS.QA platform to protect against accidental or malicious loss and destruction, copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited time.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
When you use or interact with our app, your data is processed.
Personal data is information about factual or personal circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. This primarily includes information that allows conclusions to be drawn about your identity, for instance, your name, your phone number, your address, your exact location, or your e-mail address.
The statistical data that we collect, for example, once you visit our app which can't be directly linked to your person doesn't fall into the term personal data.
What data is processed and why?

When you download and install the app
To be able to download and install our app from the Google Play Store, you must first register for a user account with the Play Store and conclude a corresponding usage agreement with them. We do not influence this, whatsoever, we are not a party to such a user contract.
When you download and install the app, necessary information such as your user name, your e-mail address, the customer number of your account, the time of the download, and the individual device identification number is transferred to the app store. We do not influence the data collected here and are not responsible for it. We only process this provided for the downloading and installing of the app on your mobile end device.
When you use the app
If you simply open the app without interacting with it or entering any data, we do not collect personal data, except the data that your device transmits to enable you to call it up. This is a required technical process, and the following data is transmitted:

f) Advertising details: When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be used for our advertising purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link provided in the newsletter. We use your e-mail address exclusively to send you our newsletter for our advertising purposes.
What permissions are requested?
For some functions, our app must be able to access certain services and data on your mobile device. Following are the permissions SCRUBS.QA app may request the functions for which these permissions are required. These permissions can be subsequently changed or revoked.
Messages: To be able to communicate with other service providers or clients on SCRUBS.QA, you will be asked to give SCRUBS.QA permission to send and view messages.
Push notifications: If you give SCRUBS.QA permission for push notifications, you will receive notifications about services, new messages as well as occasional promotions and news at SCRUBS.QA.
Photos and Camera: If you grant SCRUBS.QA the required permissions, the app can access your photo gallery as well as the camera of your mobile device. This feature is used to complete your profile and describe your services or tasks in more detail.
Location: If you grant SCRUBS.QA permission to access your location, the app can personalize your searches and provide you with services based on your location.
Calendar: If you give SCRUBS.QA permission to access your calendar, the app can read your calendar events and details. You can also sync your calendar to your task days.
Will my data be passed on?
The data collected by SCRUBS.QA will only be passed on to third parties if it is vital to process a contract or to provide technical functionality of the app. It could also be passed on to third parties if there are any other legal grounds for passing on the data.
